Insurance Accepted - ask us for which providers we accept.

We accept most dental insurances and are in network with Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Metlife, Principal, United Concordia, and many more! We will maximize any insurance benefits you have and if we are considered “out-of-network” with your dental plan, you can still use your PPO insurance at our office. Many preventative services including cleanings are covered 100% by most plans. We’re happy to file your dental insurance claim as a courtesy to you.
